 Dr Cleveland in our office is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and have achieved this certification by completing an additional three-year training program combined with rigorous testing. Family physicians practice the specialty of Medical Science concerned with the physical, emotional, and social health of the entire family, from infancy to adulthood. Dr. Cleveland is Board Certified in Family Practice, a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and is on the Medical Staff at Marshall Hospital and Mercy Hospital. He completed his training in Family Medicine at the University of California, Davis/Martinez program.

Military Experience: U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division, Mortar/Infantry (11C)  01/1983-01/1989 (Active Duty 1983-1985).

Undergraduate Degree: B.A. Psychology with a Minor in Music; University California, Santa Cruz, 1989 with additional training in Biological Sciences at De Anza College and San Jose State University between 1989 and 1993.

Internship: University of California, Davis, Martinez, California; 1999-2000

Residency: University of California, Davis, Martinez, California; 2000-2002

Interest and Hobbies: Dr. Cleveland, MD enjoys Yoga, piano and working out. He enjoys Martial Arts and web development.
